Fourth Grade

I knew from an early age that I wanted to become an educator and have developed a passion for working with elementary age children. I have always found their enthusiasm, curiosity and joy of life to be refreshing and motivating. I find that inspiring a love of learning in the students and seeing them grow in knowledge, maturity, and self confidence is immensely rewarding. I grew up in Dayton and graduated from Miami University. I have been in education for 35 years, with the past 25 at St. Albert. I have taught a variety of grades and subjects and am currently teaching fourth grade. I am married and have two sons and four grandchildren. I live in Oakwood with my husband of 23 years, his daughter, and a very special Westie Terrier. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, reading, gardening, and taking long walks.
